SSC Notification 2019 is released on 22nd April 2019. SSC MTS is an exam organized by Staff Selection Commission to select employees for various government departments for the following posts:
  1. Peon
  2. Daftary
  3. Jamadar
  4. Junior Gestetner Operator
  5. Chowkidar
  6. Safaiwala
  7. Mali etc.
There are certain things to be noted down by the applicants before applying for SSC MTS 2019 Exam.

Salary SSC MTS

  1. SSC MTS salary is designed as Gross Salary & Cash in Hand. After the implementation of 7th pay commission, there is an increase of nearly 20% in every public sector job.
  2. Multi Tasking Staff is a wide-ranging central service group ‘C’ non-gazetted, a non-ministerial post which is listed under Payscale-1 (Rs.5200 – 20200) + Grade Pay Rs.1800. However, the net salary of MTS ranges between Rs.20,000 – 24,000 /month (approx). The salary varies somewhat on location, allowances etc.
  3. Every Promotion under the SSC MTS Grade Pay is given promotion as per the following norms: 
First Promotion: Rs. 1900/- after 3 years of service. 
Second Promotion: Rs. 2000/- after 3 years of service.
Third Promotion: Rs. 2400/- after 5 years of service.

To reach up to the limit of Rs.5400/-

Educational Qualification:

An applicant must have passed Matriculation or an equivalent exam from a recognized Board or University under government of India.

Exam Pattern SSC MTS 2019

The examination of SSC MTS 2019 will be comprises of 3 different levels: Paper-1, Paper-2 (Descriptive Test) & Paper-3 (Skill Test). Paper-1 is conducted online where objective type questions are asked. Paper 2 is a subjective paper in pen and paper mode. It is a paper to examine the language proficiency in English or any regional language required as per the official notification. Paper III comprises of skill test which is conducted according to the candidate’s convenience.
